Gatherings are booked directly with us, not through Airbnb, because Airbnb doesn't allow parties. Every event needs written approval before the date. The 7% Puerto Rico room tax applies to any overnight stay.
House rules for gatherings
Gathering rules
These keep things safe and peaceful for our neighbors and other guests.
- Every gathering needs written approval. Visitors beyond the booked guests must be approved by the host in writing before arrival.
- Visitor numbers and hours are agreed in writing for each gathering. Visitors can't stay overnight, and only registered guests may sleep on the property.
- Keep it peaceful at night. No amplified music or speakers outdoors at any time.
- No open invitations. No social media promotion, public invitations or ticket sales.
- No alcohol unless approved in writing. No glass on the beach or lawns.
- Parking: visitors park only where the host shows them. Never block neighbors, the road or other homes.
- Stay within the rented space. Shared areas and the temple are off limits unless they're booked.
- Cleanup: all trash bagged by the end of the gathering. Extra cleaning or damage will be charged.
- Violations may mean visitors are asked to leave, extra charges apply, or the reservation is canceled.
